Tegan Rush has been tattooing at since 2013 when she moved from Kingston, ON, and is currently working at a private studio in downtown Toronto.
Tegan uses vivid colours and bold lines, as well as the contrast between flat, illustrative areas and more rendered, semi-realistic elements.
At the moment, Tegan is accepting a limited number of new custom projects that compliment her stylistic goals.
